Design Simple Business Website - $299
This is for a website of up to several pages, similar in design and construction
to this website. Provision of images for the site is not included in this
price.
Provide Non-Professional Photo for Website - $30
If desired, the website designer, who is not a professional photographer, will
take some photographs for you, out of which you may choose one for use on your
website. The charge for this service is $30. Alternatively, you may
provide a picture yourself in digital format and avoid this expense.
Arrange Domain Name Registration - $20
The proprietor of Pen Bay Mall will purchase registration of your domain name
(e.g. yourcompany.com) on your behalf for one year from an
accredited registrar (NameSecure), and serve as the Administrative
Contact. If you prefer, you can purchase the the domain registration and
be the administrative contact yourself, possibly saving a few dollars.
However, we think that is to your advantage to have us handle this for you if
you will be using Pen Bay Mall to host and maintain your website.
Host Website for One Year - $99
Website hosting is available from us for sites that we design and
maintain. The price shown is for our plan that includes 100 megabytes of
storage space on the server, and up to 1 gigabyte of data transfer per
month. Other plans with different limits can be arranged.
Member Setup at Penobscot River Mall - $59
This includes design of the member's ad page at Penobscot River Mall, and setup
of the member's page and directory entries at the Mall. This is a
one-time fee. This fee does not include the annual membership
fee.
NOTE: This new reduced price ($59, reduced from $150) is effective
February 10, 2006.
Penobscot River Mall Membership, One Year - $36
This is the recurring annual fee for a business membership at Penobscot River
Mall. This is different from the one-time design and setup fee.
NOTE: This new reduced price ($36, reduced from $99) is effective February
10, 2006.
Online Announcement Page, One Year - $30
Convenient user-maintained announcement pages are offered as an add-on feature
for business members of Penobscot River Mall. Businesses can change the
information on these pages as often as they like.
Design One Page Business Website - $79
If you have a free website as part of your Internet service subscription with
Midcoast Internet Solutions or DialMaine, Pen Bay
Mall can design a one-page website for you to use there for only $79.
Please note that if you are a subscriber of either of these fine (and
competing) Maine companies, you probably do have the free web space available
to you, even if you are not aware of it. In fairness, we should also
mention that these free web spaces are quite capable of hosting websites
considerably larger than the one-page websites we are offering to design.
Clarifications
Most of the offers on this page are independent of one another. Here are the
exceptions:

Apart from these limitations, any service listed on this page may be
purchased separately from any other service listed.
